Cosgroves is a long-established independent fashion retailer with ladieswear in Rimington and menswear in Whalley. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our friendly team, working across both stores.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building relationships with customers and takes pride in providing exceptional personal service.
About the Role
- Deliver outstanding customer service and styling advice.
- Build lasting relationships with our loyal customers.
- Assist with visual merchandising and creating inspiring displays.
- Process sales and handle payments accurately.
- Help maintain the high standards of presentation our stores are known for.
- Work flexibly between our Whalley menswear and Rimington ladieswear stores.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Is confident, enthusiastic and enjoys selling.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Takes pride in their appearance.
- Has previous retail experience (fashion retail preferred, but not essential).
- Can work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Hours
- 3 days per week
- Including 2 Saturdays per month and every Monday
- Flexibility to work between both stores is essential.
