Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Managing incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
- Organising and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with attention to detail
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Handling basic enquiries from clients or visitors in a professional manner
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring the workspace remains tidy and functional
- Assisting with ad hoc projects or duties as directed by management
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in administrative roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team
