Parts & Workshop Administrator
Location: Warrington WA37EW.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Parts & Workshop Administrator to join our busy commercial vehicle workshop team. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop by managing parts, processing paperwork, preparing estimates, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Order parts and manage supplier relationships.
- Carry out regular parts stock checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Process workshop paperwork and update records accurately.
- Create and prepare workshop estimates and quotations.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with customer enquiries professionally.
- Liaise with workshop technicians and management regarding parts requirements and job progress.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Maintain organised filing systems and workshop documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a workshop, motor trade, transport, or commercial vehicle environment.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and workshop management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with parts ordering and stock control would be advantageous.
