Crestwell Facilities is seeking reliable self-employed cleaners to join our growing network of professional service providers across London and surrounding areas.
We are looking for individuals and cleaning businesses who can deliver high-quality commercial cleaning, deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning services. Opportunities are offered on a project-by-project basis, with work allocated based on client requirements, location, availability and performance.
Reliable contractors may receive ongoing work opportunities as our client base continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Carry out commercial, deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning services to a high professional standard
- Follow client specifications and job instructions provided by Crestwell Facilities
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
- Arrive on time and complete work within agreed timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, property managers and the Crestwell Facilities team
- Follow all relevant health and safety procedures
- Provide before and after photographs when required
- Report any issues, damages or concerns identified during the cleaning process
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Experience in commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, serviced accommodation or similar environments is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
- DBS Certificate preferred
- Applicants must hold valid Public Liability Insurance and be able to provide a copy of their insurance certificate upon request. Contractors are responsible for maintaining their own insurance cover throughout any work undertaken on behalf of Crestwell Facilities Ltd.
- Access to cleaning equipment and products is beneficial but not essential, as requirements may vary depending on the project
