Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician specializing in Renewable Energy to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Install electrical wiring, panels, inverters, and other components for renewable energy systems using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on solar panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan installation schedules and technical requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, system configurations, and repairs for future reference.
- Assist in testing and commissioning new renewable energy installations to verify operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with electrical systems in renewable energy or related fields.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
- Relevant certifications or licenses for electrical work are preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training is supported.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights when necessary.
