Care Assistant (Bank Staff)
We are currently recruiting several Care Assistant workers to work in our EMI Residential home to join our expanding care group team. The shifts are 12 hour shifts for 12-36 hours, this is from 8am-8pm on a standard 4 week rota. Weekends are also part of the shift rota. This is a zero hour contract to cover annual leave and sickness, also an option for full time once our new extension is up and running.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed carers to join our team. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities include providing person centred care around the people we care for and support their values embedded in the service we provide. You must be able to work well in a team. Experience is not necessary as all training can be provided, we provide a tier system where our care staff can progress through different levels, anyone employed with a QCF 3 in Health and social care will be employed as a senior level 1 with the view to increase through to a Team lead, each level comes with a pay rise all training will be provided by the home.
We pay above the minimum wage at £12.50 per hour with the view to increase after a three month probationary period- All training is provided and support for staff to achieve their goal. We will sign staff up for a QCF after the three month probationary period.
