The Role:
The Senior Business Analyst will run the business analysis activities on large scale, complex, digital transformation and business change projects and programmes. The Senior Business Analyst will undertake strategic analysis activities to ensure the digital and business solutions meet requirements and satisfy quality expectations of IS and business, they will also take a significant role in managing the changes being introduced.
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, validating and documenting requirements by facilitating workshops with technical and business subject matter experts. The Senior Business Analyst is required to map complex business processes and informational flows, creating process maps and schematic diagrams when required to support and align on the understanding of change impacts, and efficiency opportunities.
The Senior Business Analyst has a prominent role in implementing best practice within the business analysis team, quality controlling business analysis output and ensuring a continuous improvement approach of total quality management is followed.
Whilst there is a requirement to be based in Portsmouth for a few days each week, this role offers hybrid working, including the opportunity to work from home, flexible start and finish times, and condensed hours.
This appointment is offered on a fixed-term contract until October 2027.
