We’re growing our Glasgow team and looking for a Marketing/Sales Assistant who brings patience, personality, and a practical approach to driving customer engagement. You’ll meet prospective buyers face-to-face at live events, pop-ups, and promotional locations across the city, answer their questions, introduce client product options, and represent our brand partners to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming prospective buyers at active event setups, retail pop-ups, and customer-facing locations across Glasgow
- Answering inquiries clearly, accurately, and with a helpful, friendly attitude
- Guiding customers through products, subscriptions, services, and campaign information on-site
- Listening to prospective customer needs and assisting with direct account registrations and sign-ups on digital tablets
- Ensuring customers feel recognized, informed, and looked after during live interactions
- Supporting the smooth running of on-site promotional activities throughout the day
- Gathering useful campaign feedback and tracking daily conversion metrics with the wider team
- Keeping campaign display areas organized, professional, and inviting

- Calm, patient, and professional when things get busy on the campaign floor
- Reliable, organized, and happy to take personal ownership of performance targets

- Available to work full-time on-site across Glasgow locations
