The Role
Signature Dining are seeking an General Assistants at Avocet St Georges. We are seeking a confident individual with a can do attitude and a flexible approach to their work, along with desire to further their skills and career.
£12.21 per hour, we have one vacancy for 15 hours per week. Shifts for will be allocated on a rota basis. Some evening and weekend work will be required, your responsibilities will be to:
- Aid in the preparation of high quality meals using the finest fresh ingredients and presented with love and care
- Support the kitchen in providing breakfast, lunch and supper service
- Perform daily cleaning duties, as required by the chef manager
- Report directly to the chef manager
- Complete additional tasks at the request of the chef manager
As our General Assistant You Will...
- Have experience of working in a similar environment
- Be able to commit to flexible working patterns
- Have good communication skills
- Demonstrate effective team work skills
- Be willing to assist with some light food preparation
- Be comfortable engaging with the elderly and individuals with additional needs, and their relatives
- Have a natural passion for providing excellent customer service
- Have completed Health & Safety and Food Safety Training
