You'll help deliver excellent catering and customer service, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality while working as part of a friendly and professional team. What you’ll do:

Lead by example, supporting and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional catering and customer service experience every day.

Create a welcoming dining environment by assisting with food service, preparing service areas, and ensuring customers receive a friendly, efficient service.

Maintain outstanding standards of cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and presentation, ensuring our facilities are always safe, clean, and ready for service.

Keep the operation running smoothly by overseeing daily tasks, managing equipment, stock, cash handling, and reporting any maintenance or operational issues.

Support continuous improvement by coaching colleagues, promoting best practice, and helping to deliver a high-quality catering service that meets the standards of Sodexo and the Ministry of Defence.
