We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and guest-focused Waiters/Waitress to join the Tramp Health team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service standards, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all members and guests in line with the Tramp brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, high-quality table service to members and guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Maintain strong product knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary requirements
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised, and presentable at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised service experience
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all company policies, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Support team members during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or members’ club environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
