Job Introduction
As a Receptionist at Sodexo based at Chivas Brothers, Blythswood Square in Glasgow, you’ll be an important part of the front-of-house experience, providing a professional and welcoming service to employees, clients and visitors.
You’ll be a key point of contact on site, helping to create a positive first impression while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to deliver consistently high standards of customer service.

What you’ll do:

Provide a professional, welcoming and efficient reception service.

Meet and greet employees, clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Act as a key point of contact for queries and provide appropriate assistance.

Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception and front-of-house service.

Maintain high standards of presentation and customer service throughout the working day.

Follow site security, safety and vetting requirements.

Work closely with colleagues and wider site teams to deliver an excellent workplace experience.
What you bring:

Strong communication and customer service skills.

A professional and approachable manner.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to work confidently in a customer-facing environment.

An SIA Door Supervisor Licence, including First Aid, or willingness to complete the required licensing process.

The ability to successfully complete the required site vetting clearance.
