RSW Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Care Workers to join our growing team across London.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living in accordance with individual care plans.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating and drinking where required.
- Administer or assist with medication in line with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage independence and social engagement.
- Carry out light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Maintain accurate care records using the company's electronic care system.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, healthcare professionals, and the RSW Healthcare Services team.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and community activities where required.
- Deliver care with dignity, respect, compassion, and professionalism at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Care Worker, Care Assistant, Support Worker, Domiciliary Carer, or Healthcare Assistant is essential.
- A caring, compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to supporting others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining electronic care records.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one through the company).
- Right to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
