ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable Painter & Decorator with at least 5 years’ proven hands-on experience to work on a self-employed basis across South East and South West London. You will deliver top-standard painting, decorating, and finishing works for both domestic and commercial clients.
KEY DETAILS
- Pay: £150 per day
- Payment: Weekly pay with one week in hand
- Status: Self-employed — must be CIS registered
- Start: Immediate (work available now)
- Hours: Standard working days with overtime when needed
- Locations: Exclusively South East & South West London
- Duration: Ongoing work for the right candidate
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Fully prepare surfaces: filling, sanding, stripping, masking, and protecting surrounding areas
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and interior/exterior finishes neatly and accurately
- Work to agreed project schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe worksite at all times
- Follow all health & safety guidelines
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience as a Painter & Decorator
✅ Valid CSCS card
✅ CIS registered (with verification available)
✅ Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work
✅ Available to work across South East & South West London
✅ Own basic tools and appropriate PPE
✅ Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct
Own transport is an advantage but not essential
