We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.
Due to increased our new registration for nursing .
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. As a Registered Nurse, RMN or RGN you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
- Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Experience in medication administration and monitoring for side effects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management.
