Duties
- Provide personalised support to children with SEND, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and review support plans.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and socialisation.
- Support children during daily routines, including play, meal times, and rest periods.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behaviour, adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Promote positive behaviour management strategies aligned with organisational policies.
- Assist with transporting children when necessary, ensuring safety during travel.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs or disabilities.
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide and support children effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of liaising confidently with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childcare best practices.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual children's needs creatively and patiently.
- Driving licence is desirable for transporting children or attending external appointments.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: £95.00-£130.00 per day
