Boeing Fleet Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Boeing Fleet Support Engineer to support the ongoing airworthiness, maintenance planning, and technical oversight of our Boeing fleet.
In this role, you will work closely with AMP and Airworthiness Engineers to support the development, review, and standardisation of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMPs), as well as contribute to reliability monitoring and analysis. You will play a key role in maintenance planning, including base maintenance inputs, in-service modifications, and long-term fleet support.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Coordinating base maintenance activities, managing major components (engines, propellers, landing gear, APUs), ensuring timely provision of spares and modification kits, and liaising with MROs, OEMs, and internal teams. You will also oversee fleet configuration control, maintenance cost management, and airworthiness documentation, ensuring compliance and audit readiness at all times.
About you:
The successful candidate will provide technical support across the fleet, support modification and upgrade programmes, contribute to MEL and procedural updates, and attend key maintenance and CAMO liaison meetings. You will also promote a strong safety and compliance culture, reporting occurrences and supporting the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS).
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of continuing airworthiness regulations. You must be able to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC) or Counter Terrorism Check (CTC).
Candidates should have a good understanding and knowledge of Part M/Part CAMO, Part 145 and Part 21 and have experience of working with Boeing aircraft. Experience of small turbine/piston aircraft would be an added bonus, but not essential. In addition, a full UK driving license is required.
