Job Title: Signage Production Technician

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Signage Production Technician to join our busy production team. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality signage and graphics, with a strong eye for detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate large-format printers (roll-to-roll and flatbed) and RIP software
- Use finishing equipment including laminators, vinyl cutters, and trimmers
- Apply vinyl graphics to a range of substrates with precision
- Weed, mount, laminate, and trim printed graphics
- Assemble signage components and assist with fabrication
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Maintain equipment and keep the workshop clean and organised
- Support the wider team to meet production deadlines
- Occasionally assist with on-site installations
About You
- Proven experience in signage production or large-format printing
- Skilled in vinyl application and weeding
- Confident using print and finishing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Full, clean UK driving licence required
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with vehicle wrapping or signage installation
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Signmaking or equivalent apprenticeship
- CSCS card or IPAF/PASMA certification
- Basic design software knowledge (e.g. Adobe Illustrator)
