We're a Edinburgh-based business working across a handful of industries including telecoms, health and wellbeing, and food and beverage. Our team works directly with clients, handles live projects, and deals with real operational challenges on a daily basis. That's the environment you'd be stepping into.
The role
As a Business Management Trainee, you'll be getting involved in the day-to-day running of client projects, learning how operations are managed, and gradually building the skills and confidence to take on more responsibility over time.
It's not always glamorous, but it's genuine experience — and by the time you're through the programme, you'll understand how a business actually functions from the inside.
What you'll be doing
- Getting hands-on with client projects and day-to-day operations from the start
- Building relationships with clients and customers directly — a lot of this work is people-facing
- Supporting experienced managers and learning how teams are coordinated and led
- Contributing to planning, reporting, and keeping projects running on time
- Taking on more responsibility as you earn it throughout the programme
What we're looking for
- Someone at the start of their career who wants to learn how business works, not just read about it
- Good with people — confident, approachable, and easy to work with
- Organised, reliable, and willing to put the work in
- Interested in progression — not just looking for any job, but the right one to build from
- No management experience needed. We'll train you properly from day one
What you'll get
- A full-time permanent position in Edinburgh
- A structured training programme with real milestones, not vague promises
- Mentorship from people who have been through the same process
- Exposure to multiple industries and business environments
- A clear and honest route into leadership as you develop
If that sounds like the kind of start you're looking for, send us your CV and a short note about yourself. We'll be in touch with the right people quickly.
