Description: Northern Commercials Ltd, the leading Iveco Commercials dealership in Yorkshire is looking to recruit a proactive individual to join their service admin team. Located at the Brighouse site there is an opportunity on permanent days. As a proactive member of the dealership's team you will be required to contribute towards an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Main duties will include: Warranty invoicing/claim processing and retail invoicing. General admin duties and general support to the service team with day to day tasks.
Experience Required: The ideal candidate for this role will have basic product knowledge, computer literacy and ideally knowledge of the Keyloop system. An ability to communicate at all levels and will be able to demonstrate initiative working alone without supervision.
