About the role
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our busy Supplier Invoice Query team. The team process over 400,000 invoices per year via various manual and automated channels. The role will predominately be based around managing dispute queries on invoices that fall out of scope VIA IRIS our in-house ERP system.
What you'll do
- Have individual responsibility for allocated portfolio of suppliers in relation to invoice disputes and queries
- Ensure supplier invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner using our Optical Character Recognition system and through our EDI invoice system.
- Ensure supplier invoice disputes are carefully managed using our bespoke IRIS dispute management portal, escalated as appropriate and chased in a timely manner.
- Manage a shared team email inbox, responding within 72hr SLAs.
- Working closely in conjunction with our Supply Chain team.

Desirable Experience
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, Financial Systems)
- Immaculate attention to detail alongside highly accurate data entry and inputting skills.
