Shrub is growing, and we're looking for a Late Night Customer Service Representative to join our team, based at our HQ in Crowhurst Corner, Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, fast-paced business where you'll play a key role in supporting our customers during our evening operations. Hours
Monday to Thursday, 7:00pm to Midnight (20 hours per week)
Pay
£13.00 to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What you'll be doing
- Processing customer orders accurately and managing amendments.
- Delivering excellent customer service by phone and email.
- Resolving customer queries, delivery issues and operational challenges.
- Working closely with our warehouse, transport and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Building strong relationships with customers and helping to retain existing business.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring attention to detail in everything you do.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar office-based role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to solve problems calmly and efficiently.
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new processes.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
