Due to continued growth, Precision Building N.E. Ltd are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to work directly alongside the director across a range of residential and commercial projects throughout the North East.
This is a genuine opportunity for someone ambitious wanting to grow into a Contracts Manager role as the company continues to expand.
You’ll be involved in:
· Site coordination
· Organising labour & materials
· Client communication
· Planning day-to-day works
· Assisting with project management
· Learning how the full business operates

Construction experience is preferred; however, attitude, drive and work ethic are more important than years on paper. This is not just a “clock in and out” role. We want someone ambitious who genuinely wants to build a career, take ownership, and grow with the company. You’ll be working directly alongside the business owner, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the industry with real long-term progression for the right person.
Salary dependant on experience
Vehicle/package can be discussed for the right candidate
Based in Consett, covering a range of projects throughout the North East
