Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction skills, enabling them to undertake various trades within residential, projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a proactive approach and a commitment to quality workmanship. We mainly focus on bathrooms and feel its time to find the right multi-trader to help us become more efficient with bathrooms by keeping the work in house.
Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing stud walls and boxing areas, squaring and levelling off walls.
- Be willing to work along side us when demolishing bathrooms and other labour intensive jobs.
- Be aware of cleanliness in peoples homes, to keep themselves well presented but also to protect all aeas thoroughly before commencing work.
- Have experience with dot and dab, potentially even plastering.
- Painting, including surface preparation and finishing coats.
- Potentiall undertake small masonry work including bricklaying and blockwork, and concrete finishing.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently for various tasks.
- Fabricate custom components or modifications as required by project specifications.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth project progression and high-quality outcomes.
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, construction painting, masonry, Plastering and Intensive labouring.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools across multiple trades.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different work environments.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.

Pay: £28,500.00-£31,200.00 per year
