Experienced in Bar and restaurant service with proven leadership experience required for busy country pub/ restaurant. Duties include assisting the Bar Manager and taking the lead when required. Must have a friendly approachable manner and work well under pressure in this fast paced environment. Shift work to include weekend cover . Own transport essential as we are a rural country pub with no direct access to public transport.
