Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Chef/Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes with skill and consistency, ensuring timely service.
- Assist in menu planning and contribute innovative ideas for breakfast offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and manage stock levels to ensure availability of all necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service, supporting serving staff as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the training of junior kitchen staff, sharing culinary techniques and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food safety protocols.
- Excellent skills in food presentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles.
- Previous experience working in a busy restaurant environment is preferred.
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for creating delicious breakfast dishes that excite guests.
