Responsibilities
- Assist dental professionals during examinations and treatment procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up equipment, and organizing supplies efficiently
- Support patients by providing pre- and post-treatment instructions, answering questions, and addressing concerns with clear communication
- Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, documenting procedures and updating health information diligently
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed rigorously to uphold hygiene standards across the practice
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency and reduce waiting times
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external providers to facilitate seamless care delivery
Experience
