We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-regarded independent, award-winning workshop near Gatwick, West Sussex. They are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician who takes pride in diagnostics, delivers quality work, and enjoys a stable, supportive working environment.
Benefits:
- £36,000–£40,000 basic (DOE) for a Vehicle Technician
- Monday–Friday working pattern with bank holidays off

Duties:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard as a Vehicle Technician
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and fault finding using workshop diagnostic equipment
- Ensure quality workmanship and accurate completion of job records
- Work effectively within a supportive team and contribute to consistent workshop standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a fast-paced workshop
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality
- MOT licence desirable but not essential; training can be provided
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to ongoing technical development
