DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail driven Sales Administrator to join our team. Working closely with the Sales Department, you will play a key role in keeping the sales process running smoothly, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
What You Will Be Doing

Managing and maintaining all sales administration procedures, ensuring correct documentation is completed within required timeframes

Supporting the Sales Department with efficient and proactive administrative back up

Operating the Dealer Swap system and, when required, carrying out vehicle inspections in line with company procedures

Maintaining accurate filing of all quality records and ensuring they are stored correctly and kept up to date

Supporting the implementation of the Company's Quality System and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the relevant procedure manuals• Keeping the Sales Administration Office organised and presentable at all times

- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of duties as the business requires
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential
