Swan Family is looking for a compassionate Child and Family Visitation Supervisor to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of separated families.
What You’ll Do:
As a Family Intervention Worker, you will work directly with families, helping them overcome barriers that may prevent meaningful relationships between parents and children. Your role will involve:
- Supporting parents to understand how conflict can affect their children.
- Helping children reconnect and rebuild bonds with the parent they don’t live with.
- Working in partnership with Cafcass and other professionals to achieve key outcomes.
- Managing your own caseload and completing work efficiently and with care.
- Attending workshops and meetings to share best practices and grow professionally.
