We're working with a well-established law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its growing team in Godalming.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Commercial Property experience who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and professional environment. You'll gain exposure to a varied caseload while receiving ongoing support from experienced lawyers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting on a range of Commercial Property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Carrying out searches and Land Registry applications
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Managing files and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day transactional work
This role would suit someone with some Commercial Property experience who enjoys working as part of a busy team and is keen to continue building their technical knowledge.
