At Nové Events, we provide staffing and support services for a wide range of events, from weddings and corporate functions to festivals, sporting events, private parties, and hospitality venues. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing Event Crew team.
No two events are the same, which means every shift offers something different.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Nové Events Crew, your duties may include:
Event setup and breakdown
Bar staff duties
Food running and catering support
Waiting and hospitality services
Guest assistance and customer service
Event stewarding and support
Venue preparation and logistics
Registration and front-of-house duties
Assisting event managers and venue teams
General event support where required
The roles are not limited to the above and will vary depending on the type of event, venue, and client requirements. Every event is different, providing a variety of experiences and opportunities to develop new skills.

Is confident, friendly, and professional when interacting with guests and clients.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Is flexible and reliable.
Is comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying equipment when required.
Takes pride in their appearance and professionalism.
Has previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, events, catering, or bar work (preferred but not essential).
Holds a full UK driving licence (advantageous but not required).

Shift Availability
We offer a variety of shifts, including:
Weekday daytime shifts

Seasonal and event-specific opportunities
When shifts become available, details will be shared with the team. You can then choose whether to accept or decline the opportunity based on your availability. There is no obligation to take every shift offered.
Rate of Pay
Competitive hourly rates based on role, experience, and event requirements. Starting rates from £15ph
