Location: Redditch | Pay: £15.50 – £17.00 per hour | Type: Full-time: 2 on / 4 off / sleep-ins at £70
We're launching our first Children's Home in Redditch, registered for 4 children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), and we're looking for passionate Team Leaders to join our founding team.
What you'll bring:
- 18+ months' experience in children's residential care
- Level 3/4 in Children & Young People (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive

- 2 on 4 off shift pattern (7am – 10:30pm with sleep-ins paid at £70)
