Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Manage daily operations such as inventory control, stock replenishment, and adherence to food safety regulations
- Train and motivate team members on serving techniques, and customer engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health regulations, and company policies related to alcohol service and food handling
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and create a lively yet professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Assist in menu planning, including beverage selection and food pairing options to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Personal Licence Holder
- Experience working in bars, restaurants, hotels, or similar environments with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to food production and beverage service
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Familiarity with serving protocols, alcohol licensing laws, and customer service best practices
