Feel Good Balham is an established holistic therapy centre with over 13 years in the heart of Balham, five minutes from the tube and train station. We offer something increasingly rare — a fully staffed reception, so you can focus entirely on your clients while we handle the front of house.
What We Offer
We have two rental options to suit where you are in your practice:
Ad Hoc Rental — rent by the hour, subject to availability, with no long-term commitment. Ideal if you're building your client base or want flexibility.
Contracted Rental — a guaranteed room during your chosen hours at a reduced rate, on a rolling two-month agreement. Contracted therapists receive:
A staffed reception during all opening hours
Access to our online booking system
A profile page on our website
Window poster space
Monthly newsletter features
Towels (one per hour) and couch roll where applicable
A guaranteed room at a lower hourly rate
New to practice or building your client list? We offer a four-week introductory ad hoc period before moving to a contract — so you only pay for the hours you use while you get established.
The Space
Six well-equipped treatment rooms including four bodywork rooms with professional electric beds, and two dedicated talking therapy rooms with frosted privacy windows. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning, providing cooling in summer and heating in winter. The centre is fully accessible. WiFi throughout. A calm, professional environment with a steady local client base built over 13 years.
Opening Hours
Monday–Thursday: 10:30am–9:30pm
Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am–6:30pm
Sunday: 11:00am–3:00pm
Requirements
A recognised qualification in your therapy discipline at the appropriate level
Current professional insurance
Membership of a relevant professional body where applicable
Professional communication skills and a proactive approach to your practice
The ability to tailor treatments or sessions to individual client needs
Please note that bodywork therapists complete a trial treatment as part of our application process to ensure consistent standards of care.
