We are looking for an experienced butcher to join our small team in a busy village butchers in Willingham, Cambridgeshire.
What we need from you:
- High standards of customer service, providing expert advice and recommendations when required.
- Work to the required standards of health and safety for the business.
- Asses the product on receipt and ensure it is to specification and fit for purpose.
- Work to the agreed work instructions and processes to cut the product to specification.
- Stock control/Basic Food Hygiene certification.
Required skills/knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of all cuts of meat for each species
- Expertise in boning meat, preparing and dressing cuts
- Knife skills
