Duties

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation, ensuring timely service during busy periods.
- Handle food with care, demonstrating excellent knife skills and proper food handling techniques.
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring proper presentation for special occasions.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and communicate supply needs to management.
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus on fine dining or upscale restaurant environments.
- Proven ability in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the food industry.
- Experience working in dietary departments or providing dietary aide services is a plus.
- Skilled in menu planning, catering, and serving a variety of cuisines.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food handling procedures.
