As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of resident rooms, communal areas, and staff spaces. Your commitment to high standards will ensure our home feels safe, homely, and inviting every day.

Duties
- Clean and sanitize resident bedrooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing toiletries
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as lounges, hallways, dining rooms, and bathrooms
- Restock supplies including towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products
- Follow all safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure quick resolution and resident comfort
- Adhere to health, safety, and infection‑control standards within a care‑home setting
- Assist with deep‑cleaning tasks or special projects as needed to maintain a high standard throughout the home
Skills & Experience
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience desirable but not essential
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Good communication skills for liaising with colleagues and reporting issues
- Physical stamina to carry out cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for creating a welcoming home for residents
