Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations within our retail and trade environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail and trade management. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the showroom's visual appeal to promote sales and brand reputation. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to enhance customer engagement and team communication.
Duties
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock organisation, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Oversee customer interactions, ensuring high standards of phone etiquette and personalised service
- Monitor inventory levels, organise stock replenishment, and assist with merchandising displays
- Analyse sales data for senior management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the showroom environment
- Handle customer complaints or queries professionally, maintaining excellent communication standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail/trade or showroom environments is essential and able to us CAD
- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Demonstrated success in sales management and merchandising strategies
- Administrative experience including stock control, reporting, and scheduling
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Exceptional phone etiquette and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficientlyThis role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with a passion for retail excellence. Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
