We have an exciting opportunity for Electrical Operations Supervisor to join our team covering Eastleigh and the surrounding area.
The Electrical Operations Supervisor will oversee all electrical installations, repairs and testing programmes, including our empty properties within your area. You will lead a team of electricians, make sure technical standards meet BS7671 regulations, including certification and Abri specifications are met.
You will manage and drive your team to complete works for our customers by working alongside our scheduling teams and ensuring materials are available to achieve a first-time fix. You will be holding monthly toolbox talks to complete any necessary CPD training and hold regular reviews with your team.
Having additional knowledge and experience in Electrical vehicle charging, battery storage and Photovoltaic (PV) installations is advantageous.
Excellent customer services are very important and collaborating with key stakeholders to make sure customer resolutions happen in a timely and effective.

It's essential you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, with the flexibility to travel efficiently between customers homes.
