Urban Space Projects Ltd are a growing residential construction company specialising in high-quality extensions, renovations and new build projects throughout Surrey and Sussex.
We are looking for 2 reliable Labourers / Skilled Labourers to join our team on a full-time basis.
Requirements
✅ Own vehicle and driving licence essential
✅ Own basic hand tools
✅ Previous construction site experience
✅ Reliable, hardworking and punctual
✅ Able to work as part of a team
✅ Good attitude and willingness to learn
✅ CSCS card preferred but not essential
Duties
- Assisting trades on site
- General site labouring
- Site set up and organisation
- Keeping sites clean and safe
- Loading and unloading materials
- Basic construction tasks depending on experience
- Supporting project managers and site supervisors

Pay
£80 - £130 per day
(depending on experience, ability and qualifications)

Projects are primarily based throughout:

- Ashtead
- Reigate
- Bookham
- Surrounding Surrey & Sussex areas
