About Us:
J Squared Solutions seeks a skilled Bench Joiner for a leading construction company in Epping.
Duties:
- Craft, assemble, and finish wooden components.
- Read blueprints, interpret technical drawings, and follow work orders.
- Select, cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand tools and machinery.
- Assemble and join wooden parts using adhesives, screws, etc.
- Maintain and repair wooden structures and fixtures.
- Ensure high-quality, precision work with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members.
Requirements:
- Proven bench joiner experience.
- Proficiency in hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Excellent time management.
