Job description
We have a vacancy for a Full Time Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy garage, training on the package we use will be given, but an understanding of the demands of a busy garage is a must.
You will need to be able to multi task, use a computer and the ability to speak to and listen to our Customers, recording the issues they are having with their vehicle accurately.
Responsibilities will include:
Conversing with customers regarding work on their vehicles in a timely and professional manner. Providing accurate information.
Booking Customers in for Servicing / MOTs / repairs / Tyres
Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are received in a timely manner.
Invoicing accurately
Cash handling and taking card payments.
General office duties
Communicate and coordinate with Colleagues as needed to resolve vehicle issues
Continuously analyse customer feedback to ensure we deliver the level of service expected.
To work Mon - Fri, 8am till 5.30pm
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Garage Environment or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think fast
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Computers
