We are accepting entry level candidates with minimum HR experience and knowledge of Hospitality, as well as HR junior professionals who want to increase their experience and skills in a multi tasking, general HR role.
Apprenticeship development is available for the right candidate after passing their probation period (CIPD level 3 / 5)
The HR Operations Assistant works Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
Working hours are mostly 9am to 17:30pm, except on company induction day with a 7:30am start. Any overtime is recuperated the same week or next.
The Pay Package starts at £30,000 per year with automatic increases after 6 months, 15 months and 24 months of service in the role and when completing CIPD qualifications.
The role
The HR Operations Assistant runs various functions in the HR Department.
They deal with all operational support tasks such as Uniform management (Ordering, stock count, organising repairs, cleaning shoes, dispatching to employees and replacements) and Employee absence liaison.
They also participate in all HR related duties such as: Employee Engagement and Communication, Recruitment, Employee onboarding, Maintaining employee records and files to ensure compliance.
The right candidate
As a direct point of contact for staff members and managers, you must be enjoying people interactions, be friendly and approachable with a great command of English and elevated communication skills.
Being able to take initiatives and to work on your own is a must. Multitasking is a big part of the role as well, so a strong sense of organisation and prioritising skills are beneficial.
Attention to details is paramount when it comes to compliance management.
