Caddies Café is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our busy and growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We are looking for individuals who can provide excellent customer service while helping maintain the high standards that our customers expect.
The role will involve working 5 days per week on a rota basis, including both weekdays and weekends. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing a warm, friendly welcome
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Operating the till and processing payments
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
- Delivering food and beverages to customers
- Clearing and cleaning tables efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the café
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working as part of a team during busy service periods
- Ensuring customers receive excellent service at all times
