Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Schedule shifts for cleaning staff, balancing workload and coverage needs effectively
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to monitor cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with team members, management, and clients to address any issues or special requests promptly
- Order stocks of consumables as necessary to ensure units are consistently supplied.
- Drive company vehicles between sites.
- Support staff in dealing with the public
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations
- Undertaken basic running repairs on the units
- Report any damage, faults, or maintenance issues promptly so we can get them fixed
- Check your units for misuse or vandalism and report any concerns
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning operations or supervisory roles within a facilities management environment
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and interact with clients
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle operation
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic plumbing and electrical skills an advantage.

Pay: £13.73 per hour
