Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of an established client growing its Customer Support and Sales team in Watford. They're looking for reliable, personable individuals who take pride in giving people a good experience, whatever the outcome of the conversation.
About the Role
As a Customer Support and Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of the brands and campaigns you represent, speaking directly with people across Watford. Your priority is making sure every person you speak to feels heard, understood, and properly looked after - answering their questions honestly, resolving any concerns, and only then introducing relevant products, services, or offers where they're genuinely useful.
When someone decides they'd like to go ahead, you'll guide them through registration or sign-up clearly and accurately, so the whole experience feels smooth from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with members of the public across Watford in a helpful, professional manner.
- Listening carefully to understand what people actually need before recommending anything.
- Resolving questions or concerns clearly, honestly, and without pressure.
- Introducing relevant products, services, or campaigns where appropriate.
- Guiding interested customers through registration or sign-up accurately.
- Working towards individual and team targets for both service and sales.
- Attending ongoing training in customer support, communication, and sales technique.
What We're Looking For
You'll suit this role if you are:
- Patient, approachable, and a genuinely good listener.
- Clear and confident when explaining things to people.
- Calm and level-headed, even when a conversation gets tricky.
- Reliable and detail-focused.
- Motivated by both helping people and hitting targets.
Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, healthcare, or reception work are all useful here, as are graduates looking to build transferable skills - though none of this is essential, since full training is provided.
What You'll Receive
- Full training and ongoing coaching from experienced team members.
- Total earnings range between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
