We’re expanding our steel processing operation and are looking for a reliable Production Operative to join our team. This role involves cutting and bending steel to precise specifications using specialist machinery.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating machinery to cut and bend steel components
- Working from technical drawings and measurements
- Setting up and adjusting cutting and bending machines
- Loading and preparing steel materials for processing
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Monitoring machinery and reporting faults or maintenance needs
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with machinery or in manufacturing (preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings (desirable)
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with strong timekeeping
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Team-focused with a strong work ethic
Shift Options
Available shifts are:
- 5:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 12:00 midnight Monday to Thursday and 2:00pm – 6:00pm on Fridays
A 20% shift uplift applies to late shifts only.
