Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up and organizing materials
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and welders by handing tools and materials as needed
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling components
- Fabricate basic structures or components using welding equipment or fabrication tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly storing tools and materials
Experience
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous
- Knowledge of roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical systems, masonry, or carpentry will set you apart
- Ability to read schematics or blueprints is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions are essential
