We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Bar & Floor Staff to join our team.
You will be part of a busy hospitality environment, delivering excellent customer service and helping to create a welcoming experience for every guest. We are looking for people who enjoy working with customers, take pride in their work and can work well as part of a team.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Serving food and drinks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Preparing and serving drinks at the bar, where required.
- Keeping tables, the bar and customer areas clean and presentable.
- Clearing and resetting tables throughout service.
- Processing bills and customer payments accurately.
- Answering customer questions and providing information about the menu.
- Dealing with customer requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Working closely with the kitchen, bar and management team.
- Restocking service areas and assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.

- Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential.
Wage £10.85-£12.21 + per hour age & experience depending, plus TRONC estimated £4.50+ per hour on top.
